Offset hooks: TwistLock hooks

The second way to lock a bait: a keeper at the eye instead of the Z-step. Owner's coil spring gave the kind its name, Gamakatsu calls it Spring Lock, and makers' own keepers (BKK's Permalock pin, weighted or not; Mustad's Grip-Pin) belong here as well. The bait is held by the nose, so it cannot slide down the shank after casts and fish. A barb or ridge on the back of the shank (Ryugi Pierce, Mustad Grip-Pin style keepers welded to the shank) is NOT a TwistLock: that is a Texas hook with a keeper barb. Two pages, by gap.

Screw or push the keeper in dead centre: a crooked keeper makes the bait roll instead of swim.
