Jig hooks and jig heads: Strolling jigs

The Japanese strolling techniques swim a 3–4" minnow-shaped worm through the water column on a continuous rod-tip shake with slack line (mid-strolling, ミドスト) or hold it almost still (hover-strolling, ホバスト). What makes a head a strolling head is where its weight sits. Two mechanisms, and some heads use both:

Original ball heads are a different class: they have no built-in balance. A strolling head is chosen by its mechanism first.
