A cold front just passed and the bite died — why, and how long until it recovers?
A front can change light, wind, water temperature and prey position together. Neither species must stop feeding, and there is no dependable fixed recovery interval. Compare the last productive feature, tighter shelter and adjacent depths; then check another connected feeding area. Slower or more precise presentations are options, not proof that the fish stayed in place.
