Finesse Texas Rig: What it is

The same rigging logic with every part downsized: a 1/16-3/16 oz (1.8-5 g) tungsten bullet, a light-wire finesse offset hook sized to a 3-4 in (7.5-10 cm) finesse worm, stick bait or small craw, fished on a medium spinning rod with 10-15 lb braid to an 8-10 lb fluorocarbon leader. The light weight falls slowly and the small hook buries easily on a light bite.
